Kites.

September holidays! Studied and than went to Marina Barrage to fly kites! Such a nice view of MBS and the Singapore Flyer. Plus the wind was really cooling. Its a really good place to picnic and just to chill with your friends. Plus since the scenery is so nice, its a great place to take photos! Even saw a wedding photo shoot which was held there.

 Our kites! My dad bought them from Sri Lanka and they are so pretty. Their "wings" flutter along with the breeze.

And if you are feeling heated up from all that playing and running around, you can always visit the gallery on Level 2 of the Barrage to cool down! :D They have really cool exhibits and some are even interactive which makes it fun for the kids and even adults.

This exhibit will light up when you press your hand against the hand shaped "button" thingamajig. It's pretty cool!

 This is a model of the Barrage and it shows you how the system works when there is heavy rain and all and how it helps to prevent flooding.
