Happy Racial Harmony Day(RHD)! (short post today)
Today was a pretty cool day:) Saw so many pretty costumes and I'm gonna get a sari! It's really pretty and thumbs up for that!
Racial Harmony is all about celebrating all the races being united in a melting pot of cultures so let us all join hands together and work together towards one nation. Yes sounds cheesy but this is actually really important as discrimination against other races happens all the time and this actually creates conflict among everyone thus we don't want another riot to break out. So readers, make friends with other races! :)
Speaking of costumes from other ethnic groups, enjoy the photos!

Sleepy head.
Had a sleepover with my beloved CG during the last week of June before I fell ill!
We were literally feasting on fast-food. Mc-Donalds and Pizza. But we exercised after that so it was not that bad okay!
We started off by playing some dropping monkey game which was extremely hilarious and most of us ended up bursting into laughter or screams.
After two rounds,

THE PIZZA ARRIVED!
And the Macs arrived too but the photos of it were quite bad(not taken by me!) so I shall not post them here.
Ning, AhLi and Me<3
We didn't know that the photographer was spamming shots and when we realized, we panicked and just started screaming and covering our faces hehe.
Bar tender at work.
Ning went to pick limes from the garden so Wayne and her were squeezing lime juice into their cokes.
Thats all the photos I have because the camera ran out of battery! Sorry folks:)

Best birthday yet.
I honestly thank the Lord for providing me with such a great family and such great friends who just love me so so much and I know that all these would know be possible without Him.
I turn fifteen today, one year older and hopefully one year wiser. Also, this month being the time where the Sec3s take over all the leadership roles in school, I pray that the Lord will guide us through this whole journey and He will always hold our hand.
Anyway, recounting my day!
I started with breakfast @Spruce.
Eggs Benny + Banana Hotcakes.
The atmosphere at the place was quite cosy but it was rather crowded so do make a reservation before hand. I'll do a detailed post, hopefully soon.
Secondly, went to Redhill's Value$ cos it was extremely near and finally bought the super glue to repair my ear cap which broke when Debbie dropped my phone.
Thirdly, Wayne called me out to lunch at Ikea but I had no cash at all on me plus I was really full from breakfast so I didn't eat anything there and just went there to meet him.
Fourthly, my lovely girls (Jasmine, Gail, Keziah, Yunxin and Rachel) excluding Magdalene because she had training, surprised me with a cake from Four Leaves right at the first floor of Ikea. Embarrassing but I still love them.
Lastly, went for a seafood dinner with my grandparents and my lovely older sister bought Twelve cupcakes and roses for me. <3
What an enjoyable day! I honestly had a terrific day today and none of this would have been possible without His plans for me.

Hongkong.
Oh my. I have been absent from this place for almost 3 weeks now! Sorry folks. My sincere apologies. I just finished my semestral tests and I was busy studying for them! Anyway, Hongkong was really great, I had lots of fun and I shopped a lot. If you see the photo of me holding the umbrella, not that it was hot in hongkong but it rained very heavily and it was quite an experience walking thru the wet streets! I really didnt want to come back to Singapore at all, sadly here I am in my room now:( anyway photos below and I need to sort them into chronological order. This will be the iPhone photos post as I haven't gotten the DSLR ones into the computer yet. Need to clear all the photos so that I can take more! Plus I have photos of the sleepover and all these are so overdue.

Saveur
Saveur
5 Purvis Street, #01-04
So I went to visit this quaint little eatery around two weeks ago!
Service was great and the waitress even helped to close the toilet door cos it was spoilt.
Food was served promptly and it was well cooked too.
Angel Hair Pasta with Tiger Prawn and Lumpfish Caviar - $6.9
The portion was the same size as its sister who was 3 dollars cheaper and I suggest that if you are tight on money, go for the pasta mentioned below.
Angel Hair Pasta with Sherry minced Pork and Sakura Ebi - $3.9
Tasted delicious and the sauce used was quite unique, my first time trying it.
Confit of Duck with Orange segments and Sauté Shiitake - $8.9
One of their "zhaopai" dishes, this one was a winner that even the mashed potato was amazing.
Chocolate and Hazelnuts - $7.9
This was pure goodness and full of loveliness. I can survive on this hehe.
Pistachio Panna Cotta - $6.9
Um this one was not suited to my liking! It's good but I prefer chocolate desserts.

4/5 stars.
A nice atmosphere with good food but expect queues during the dining hours.
